Return and Exchange Policy

  • Any defects or discrepancies in the garment should be reported within 7 days of delivery date to qualify for a replacement.
  • All returns and exchanges must have original tags attached and be in original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
  • No replacement will be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt your package, please contact us immediately at support@eidik.in for assistance in the replacement process.
  • Once customer reports an issue, the EIDIK VESTURE Pvt.Ltd. will arrange the pickup for review and issue the credit note or replacement after the review is completed.
    Replacement will be given for the same article
  • Meanwhile customer needs a same garment urgently they can place a new order with the subject to the availability.
  • Goods once sold will not be taken back.
  • Customer are recommended to check the weight upon the goods receipt from the logistic companies in front of the delivery man.
  • If your packaging is found in tampered condition or mismatch in weight, please don’t accept the goods and notify it to us and also to the respective logistic companies by email with relevant pictures. The Eidik Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any of the above in delays, damage and losses.

At Eidik, we take pride in creating customized clothing tailored to your size and design preferences. Since each piece is made uniquely for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All products at Eidik are made to order, based on the exact size and design specifications provided by the customer.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including size issues or change of mind.

2. No Refunds

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded as production begins immediately.
  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where:
    The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    There is a manufacturing defect or incorrect customization due to our mistake.
    In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with clear images and order details.

3. Size & Measurement Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate size measurements at the time of order placement.
  • Size charts are available in both inches and centimeters to ensure the correct fit.
  • We highly recommend double-checking your measurements before placing an order to avoid any issues.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@eidik.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos of the product showing the issue for our team to review.
  • If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item, but no refunds will be issued.
