That’s why every purchase is backed by our Lifetime Warranty on manufacturing quality, and a One-Time Free Replacement within 12 months of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, such as:

Stitching or seam failure
Fading (under proper care)
Fabric tearing or structural weakness due to manufacturing error
Defective trims, labels, or accessories

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear over time
Fading due to washing chemicals or sunlight
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing

Warranty Duration Definition

“Lifetime” means the expected useful life of the garment under normal use and care — approximately 1 years for cotton and French terry apparel.

After this period, fabric softening, fading, or natural wear are considered normal and not covered under warranty.

One-Time Free Replacement Policy

We offer a One-Time Free Replacement for verified warranty claims made within 12 months of purchase.

Replacement Process

Visit our Email :

Submit your claim with clear photos/videos of the defect and your order ID.
Our quality team reviews and responds within 5 business days.
Once approved:
We will replace your product with the same style (if in stock), or
Issue a store credit of equivalent value if the item is unavailable.

Shipping Terms

⚠️ The replacement item will be shipped with shipping cost borne by the customer.
This ensures fair logistics handling and sustainability across all warranty claims.
Replacement Product Warranty Clause
Once a customer receives a replacement under this policy:

That means:

The Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchased product.
The One-Time Replacement benefit can be exercised once per order only.
Replacement items are final, and further warranty or replacement requests will not be accepted.

To maintain your product’s durability and ensure warranty eligibility, please follow these care guidelines:
Machine wash cold (max 30°C), inside-out
Use mild detergent only — no bleach or fabric softener
Air-dry in shade; avoid high-heat tumble drying
Iron on low temperature; never directly on prints
Our Apparel is designed to last 30+ washes under these conditions — ensuring both comfort and longevity.

Legal Disclaimer

This is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty, separate from consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

It does not limit or override statutory consumer rights.
